Meet Pastor Edgar
Pastor Edgar Lüken lived and ministered in Africa for 11 years before arriving
in Hamburg in 2015.
Having served in an international City Mission Church in Windhoek, Namibia and
after (literally) building churches in Malawi he comes with a deep understanding
for intercultural challenges.
Encountering the greatness of God in the diversity of people is his passion.
No Dresscode
Please come as you feel comfortable. No need to dress up or down!
What to expect at HIC
We hope you feel at home in our vibrant and welcoming church family. Our worship
services last a little over an hour.
Once a month we take Communion together at the end of our Worship Service. All
are welcome to participate.
Kids are welcome
Every sunday, kid's church is an important part of our service. One or more of
our community members takes time to play, learn and engage our children.
They have a good time and the parents can focus on the sermons. The kids are
also always welcome to participate in the worship service.
